Recommended Adult Dosing
Dosage forms: CAP: 50 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, 400 mg
Osteoarthritis
- [200 mg PO qd]
- Alt: 100 mg PO bid; Info: use lowest effective dose, shortest effective tx duration; consider starting at 50% of lowest dose if poor CYP2C9 metabolizer; give w/ food if GI upset occurs
Rheumatoid arthritis
- [100-200 mg PO bid]

Ankylosing spondylitis
