Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  CAP: 50 mg, 75 mg

Melanoma

Dose: 150 mg PO q12h for up to 1y; Info: for pts w/ BRAF V600E or V600K mutation; use w/ trametinib; give at least 1h before or 2h after meals; do not open cap
[unresectable or metastatic dz]
Dose: 150 mg PO q12h; Info: for use as monotherapy in pts w/ BRAF V600E mutation, or in combo w/ trametinib for pts w/ BRAF V600E or V600K mutation; give at least 1h before or 2h after meals; do not open cap

Non-small cell lung CA, metastatic
