Recommended Adult Dosing
Dosage forms: TAB: 125 mg, 250 mg
Tinea, multiple forms
- [barbae, capitis, corporis, or cruris]
- Dose: 375 mg/day PO divided qd-tid; Info: give x2-4wk for tinea barbae, corporis, or cruris; give x4-6wk for tinea capitis
- [pedis]
- Dose: 250 mg PO tid x4-8wk; Info: use w/ topical antifungal tx
Onychomycosis
- [250 mg PO tid]
- Info: give for >4mo if fingernail infection; give for >6mo if toenail infection
Renal dosing

- renal impairment: no adjustment
- HD/PD: no adjustment; no supplement
Hepatic dosing
- hepatic failure: contraindicated
