Rndometriosis-assoc. pain, mod-severe

Dose: 150 mg PO qd; Start: after pregnancy excluded or w/in 7 days from onset of menses; Max: 24mo; Info: use shortest effective tx duration

Dose: 200 mg PO bid; Start: after pregnancy excluded or w/in 7 days from onset of menses; Max: 6mo; Info: use shortest effective tx duration

Hepatic dosing

Child-Pugh Class B: 150 mg PO qd, max 6mo; Child-Pugh Class C: contraindicated
