Dosage forms:  ER TAB: 12.5 mg, 25 mg, 37.5 mg

Major depressive disorder

[25-62.5 mg PO qam]

Start: 25 mg PO qam, may incr. by 12.5 mg/day qwk; Max: 62.5 mg/day; Info: start 12.5 mg PO qam, max 50 mg/day in elderly pts; do not crush/chew tab; taper dose gradually to D/C

Panic disorder

[12.5-75 mg PO qam]

Start: 12.5 mg PO qam, may incr. by 12.5 mg/day qwk; Max: 75 mg/day; Info: max 50 mg/day in elderly pts; do not crush/chew tab; taper dose gradually to D/C

Premenstrual dysphoric disorder

[12.5-25 mg PO qam]

Start: 12.5 mg PO qam, may incr. to 25 mg PO qam after 1wk; Max: 25 mg/day; Alt: 12.5-25 mg PO qam during luteal phase; Info: do not crush/chew tab; taper dose gradually to D/C

Social anxiety disorder

[12.5-37.5 mg PO qam]
