Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  TAB: 1 mg, 2 mg, 4 mg, 8 mg

HTN

Start: 1 mg PO qd, then may double dose q1-2wk; Max: 16 mg/day

BPH

Start: 1 mg PO qd, then may double dose q1-2wk; Max: 8 mg/day
