Recommended Adult Dosing
Dosage forms: CAP: 50 mg, 75 mg
Melanoma

- Dose: 150 mg PO q12h for up to 1y; Info: for pts w/ BRAF V600E or V600K mutation; use w/ trametinib; give at least 1h before or 2h after meals; do not open cap
