Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  CAP: 80 mg, 125 mg; SUSP: 25 mg per mL

Nausea/vomiting prevention, chemo-related

[125 mg PO x1 on day 1, then 80 mg PO qam on days 2-3]
Start: 1h before chemo on day 1; Info: give w/ corticosteroid and 5-HT3 antagonist

[40 mg PO x1]
Start: 3h before anesthesia induction
