Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  INJ

Nausea/vomiting prevention, chemo-related

[150 mg IV x1 on day 1]
Start: 30min before moderately or highly emetogenic chemo on day 1; Info: give w/ corticosteroid and 5-HT3 antagonist

Renal dosing

Child-Pugh Class A or B: no adjustment; Child-Pugh Class C: not defined
