Recommended Adult Dosing

Candidemia

[100 mg IV q24h]
Start: 200 mg IV x1 on day 1; Info: treat x14 days after last positive culture

Candidiasis

Dose: 200 mg IV q24h x14-21 days; Info: treat for at least 14 days and x7 days after sx resolution
[intra-abdominal, peritoneal]
Dose: 100 mg IV q24h; Start: 200 mg IV x1 on day 1; Info: duration based on source control and clinical response
