Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  SOL (pyelocalyceal): 4 mg per mL

Upper tract urothelial carcinoma, low grade

[up to 15 mL (60 mg) via pyelocalyceal instillation qwk x6 instillations]

Max: 15 mL per instillation; Info: instillation volume based on pyelography measurements; see pkg insert for admin. instructions, incl. sodium bicarbonate premed dose timing; consider holding diuretics 1 day before until 4h after instillation; if complete response achieved 3mo after tx start, may cont. tx qmo for up to 11 additional instillations
