Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  CAP: 25 mg

FLT3-positive AML, newly diagnosed

Dose: 50 mg PO bid on days 8-21 of each cycle; Info: part of multi-drug chemo regimen; give w/ food

[consolidation tx]

Dose: 50 mg PO bid on days 8-21 of each cycle; Info: use w/ cytarabine; give w/ food

Systemic mastocytosis

[100 mg PO bid]

Info: for pts w/ aggressive systemic mastocytosis, systemic mastocytosis w/ assoc. hematological neoplasm, or mast cell leukemia; give w/ food
