Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  CAP: 25 mg, 50 mg

Parkinson disease, adjunct tx

Info: use w/ carbidopa/levodopa; avoid food 1h before and at least 1h after admin.

CrCl >15: no adjustment; CrCl <15: avoid use; Info: caution advised if CrCl 15-30
