Multiple myeloma, relapsed or refractory

Info: for pts who have received at least 2 prior tx, incl. lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor, and w/ dz progression on or w/in 60 days after last tx; use w/ dexamethasone +/- elotuzumab, daratumumab, daratumumab/hyaluronidase, or isatuximab; do not open cap

Kaposi sarcoma

[5 mg PO qd on days 1-21 of 28-day cycle]
