 Recommended Adult Dosing

Dosage forms:  TAB: 150 mg; INJ (pre-filled syringe): 8 mg per 0.4 mL, 12 mg per 0.6 mL; INJ (vial): 12 mg per 0.6 mL

Constipation, opioid-induced
